Big Picture Multi Album Photo Gallery for Picasa Web Albums
Slides are dead! Scrolling BIG pictures is the thing right now! Inspirered by The Big Picture series of the Boston Globe and The Pictory Magazine I created this Big Picture multi album viewer powered by Picasa Web Albums and PHP. Want to show off your portfolio using big pictures then this is your photo gallery.
Setting up is easy, just fill in your Picasa Web Album user name and some other details in the config.php file. Select the public web albums you don't want to show is this gallery (if any) and you're almost ready to go. The navigation is automagically created using the album names.
Can be maintained completely using the Picasa Auto Sync option that connects to Picasa Web Albums. The title uses a webfont from Google; this can be easily changed. You need PHP5 and SimpleXML to get this working. Need help? Just contact me...
